Crown Plaza Dhaka Gulshan is set to host a special international dinner experience celebrating the diversity of global cuisine. The limited-time culinary event, titled “Kasem’s Cuispiracy”, will begin on 23 July under the direction of newly appointed Executive Chef Mohamed Kasem. The exclusive dining experience brings together signature flavors from different regions of the world, combining premium ingredients with international culinary expertise.

Chef Mohamed Kasem has more than 18 years of experience with leading luxury hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Kempinski, Hilton, and IHG. According to the organizers, the menu goes beyond the cuisine of any single country, featuring signature dishes inspired by the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and other regions, reflecting the breadth of the chef’s international culinary journey.

The specially curated menu includes Australian Salt-Crusted Salmon, Traditional Egyptian Fattah with Whole Lamb, and Hamam Mahshi. Guests will also enjoy Spanish Braised Beef Cheeks, Alexandrian Seafood Cream Soup, fresh sushi, and live charcoal-grilled Kofta Tarb. The dessert selection features the classic Egyptian favorite Om Ali, along with an assortment of international desserts, offering a diverse and memorable gastronomic experience.

The event will take place at The Flair, the signature dining venue of Crown Plaza Dhaka Gulshan, every evening from 23 July to 2 August. Chef Mohamed Kasem said that food is more than a way to satisfy hunger—it creates lasting memories. He noted that the event aims to bring together the flavors, stories, and culinary experiences he has gathered throughout his career in different parts of the world into a single unforgettable dining experience.
